The Great Debates

In which the guys get their results back, and things go a little off the rails.  To begin, an Olympic-themed micro debate.  

A free-form discussion lands us on "It Would Help Hillary Clinton's Campaign If Her Email Contained A Draft of Big Bang Theory Erotic Slash Fiction."  

The conclusion of our trip to the Republican National Convention.  

In which the guys travel to Cleveland and attend the Republican National Convention

In which the appropriate frequency for showering is explored.  Hely employs "starters" in Host Chat.  A vibrant Top about 'ems leads to a Casual Great Debate.   

In which Weddings are considered, as are hundred-person dance parties.  In host chat, King hits a Twitter milestone.  For the Great Debate, a discussion of summer vacation destinations.  

In which the great Long June of 2016 begins to wind down.  Hely and King investigate the heroics of dogs.  A lively top about 'ems ensues.  After dark, a 4th of July Debate Spectacular: Hot Dogs, Watermelon, Fireworks, Block Parties.  Which are overrated, which under?  

In which the Steve and Dave play around with the subject of pranks.  The King / Medina administration takes part in a Presidential Challenge.  And because it had to happen sometime, the boys 'bate on beer and wine.  

It's the 3rd Episode of Long June, (and, coincidentally the 3rd episode of regular June), so naturally the guys give their take on the graduates of accredited colleges, in "The Average College Graduate Can Name an Architect".  During a breezy host chat some Song of the Summer candidates are tossed around, and, after a brief Top about 'ems, an adorable Great Debate unfolds.   

In which the gents further explore their interests in head injury, being knocked unconscious, fainting, and stand-up comedy.  A vigorous micro debate weighs the pain of bombing on stage against the pain of accidentally being knocked out.  A satisfyingly lengthy host chat ensues, including the introduction of Top o’ ‘bout ‘ems, a new segment on the Great Debates.  For the main event -- the guys go blow-for-blow on Boxing.  

In which the topic of Acoustic Guitar Playing at Parties is addressed, at long last.  During Host Chat, real talk from King re: bacon, and in the Great Debate, Hely suggests an improvement to the Gregorian calendar.  

The guys head to New York and record a live one with special guest Mindy Kaling.  We put you right in the crowd with some bootleg-sounding audio as Steve and Dave square off over classic New York arguments like "Central Park Is Too Big" and "Bananas Are The Ideal Fruit."  Mindy joins the guys for a rousing game of This Is Sexy, and a couple of guest debates.  Pictures referenced during the show will be posted to our Instagram (@greatdebates69) and GD News, so follow us and subscribe on our website.

Perhaps the most anticipated episode in April of 2016, the guys strap on their blood pressure monitors and battle for the Blood Boil Title.

The gents debate Kelly Ripa's qualities as a co-worker, Medina shares one of his favorite sayings, and the news of Harriet Tubman & the $20 bill sparks a debate about "all the money". 

It's our 4/20 special guys!  Today the dudes debate the ethics of spitting in the street.  During Host Chat Dave takes The Presidential Challenge.  For the Great Debate, a vibrant and colorful discussion of the beauty of Stained Glass.  

In which the dudes debate the cuteness of lisps, Hely conducts a host chat with surprises for Medina and King, and the Great Debate attempts to uncover White House secrets.  

It's Masters week at the Great Debates, so naturally we're talking about Iced Tea and Lemonade, how to get a drink named after you, and the foliage at Augusta National.  Dave takes a Masters Trivia challenge, and Medina makes a shocking call after a wild Great Debate.
